A Cancellation fee will be applicable if a cycle is abandoned prior to egg collection, to cover costs already incurred.
With the exception of donor insemination, all procedures include HFEA licence fees as applicable.

Also note that the drugs are supplied by external drug companies and as such Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust has no control over the prices charged (other than the preferential rates negotiated for our patients).
