Ms Susan Moore
Sue joined the Assisted Conception Unit at Guy’s Hospital as a Fertility Counsellor in 2004. She commenced Counsellor training in 1994 having practised as a Registered Nurse for many years.
Sue has several areas of special interest in which she has undertaken further qualifications. She currently specialises in Fertility Counselling, Relationship Counselling and Psycho-sexual Therapy.
Alongside her NHS work at Guy’s Hospital and King’s College Hospital Sue also works for Relate and has a private practice.
Sue is an accredited therapist with BACP and BICA. She is also a member of COSRT.
Ms Caroline Darcy
Caroline joined the Counselling team in the ACU at St. Thomas in 2001 following receiving a post graduate diploma in Psychogical counselling from Surrey University. Previous to this Caroline had worked as a nurse before completing her degree at York University. Caroline commenced her counselling career following her role as a fertility nurse at Guy's & Thomas'.
In addition to her role as Fertility Counsellor Caroline also works in GP practices in Oxford. In this role Caroline counsels patients presenting with issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavements, OCD and eating disorders.
She also has a private practice in Oxford.
Caroline is an accredited counsellor with BACP, BICA and CPC.
Ms Josephine McCoy
Josephine has extensive counselling experience. She has been working with individuals and couples in a variety of counselling settings, since her inital counselling training in 1991.
Her Fertility Counselling experience began in 2002 while working in the Fertility Clinic at the Homerton University Hospital. She then worked at the Centre for Reproductive Medicine at St Bartholomews Hospital and currently at Guy's ACU.
She is passionate about her work with clients and the profound impact their fertility journey can have on their everyday lives.
Josephine also has a private practice.
